Changing text for sign-in message

How do I change the text @ the top of the forum, which reads... "Please sign in or apply for membership to remove the ads." I looked in the Languages/English/definitions.php file, but it's not in there.

    that appears to be the text that the guestsense extension uses, try looking in the extension file.
