Urgent: please tell me it is possible to pre-moderate discussions!

Hi, I've spent quite a bit of time customising a Vanilla install for a client and it is nearly finished. I've just found out that they absolutely require that new discussions are pre-moderated, i.e. adminstrator has to give approval before the discussion appears on the site. This doesn't seem to be a part of standard functionality as far as I can see. Am I missing something, or is there an extension which allows pre-moderation. Please help! thanks, Rik Abel
