Member List Not Working With Friendly URLs

I can't seem to get both extensions working together. Using the latest version of both. Url output for members page is/extension/?PostBackAction=Members which results in 404. The member list page says it's compatible with friendly urls, not sure why mine isn't working. Any thoughts?

    If you have used the .htaccess file from the FriendlyURLs extension, delete it and reinstate the one from the Vanilla 1.0.3 download as it is more up to date. See if that helps matters.
