getting the comment box on every page...

how do you reckon I would go about getting the commetn box on every page? I could have sworn I thought of an extension that I could hack to get similar functionality earlier, but now I can't remember at all.

So you get the "Add Comment" form at the bottom of all discussion pages, not just the last page right? If so I'd really like this...
