Discussion Filter... how easy to add 'All Discussions' as a selection?

How easy would it be to add 'All discussions' to the discussion filter menu? I find myself looking for it there and then having to go up top to the discussion tab. Small change would make that great extension that much more intuitive.

    another option might be 'Read discussions' and 'Unread discussions'... maybe have these as options to add to that menu? This would allow an easy toggle between those that you've read, but maybe not participated in, and vise versa...

    well, just found 'browsing history' in account preferences... that's kinda close to my second comment.
