Forced BBCode Issue with [URL] Code Can Anyone Help?

I have an issue when trying to insert links with "[]" in them. The only way you can insert URLs is [URL=http://www.test.com/page?test[]=232321][/URL] This will not work because the tag closes after: ?test[] Anyone know any way around this?

    Actually it does seem to pick it up right, it just doesn't turn it into a link when "[ or ]" is in the link.
