Forgetting to whisper back - a solution?

Hi, I was wondering if it would be easy to mod Vanilla so that it prompts you to whisper a message if you have done already in that thread, or on that page. I'm forever forgetting to whisper back. I'm quite prepared to do this extension myself, if you think it's possible/worthwhile. It's just I've not looked into addon writing for Vanilla so am asking here to hopefully save myself a little headache. Thanks, matt

    It just needs to have that essential feature it's mentioning, which takes you directly to the first unread whisper!

    I don't mean that I can't see whispers, I mean that when I've been whispered I reply with a normal non-whisper. Very annoying. I do this with more than 50% of my whisper replies.

    I agree. A popup asking you if you're sure you don't want to reply as a whisper if you didn't already replied as a normal comment would be great.

    There's already a "whisper back" link inside the whisper. Perhaps this could be made bigger/pretty IN-YOUR-FACE icon?

    Or how about repeating the whisper back links right next to the whisper to box--one for every person who whispered to you in the discussion?

The first one, I guess, would be more effective for me.
