Private Messages: Add Icons?

Private Messages is very nice, esp. with bshultz's latest improvements. However, in future releases (official or unofficial), could we add some icons to the mix?

My suggestion is that we add the mail-related icons from the Lullacons Icon Library, which are very small and nice.
