Non-Intrusive User Taglines

How would I move the user tagline to the top right of the comment as just text (without formatting)? The current pink line just doesn't do it for me, especially with the Account Pictures add-ons.

You would make a copy of the comments.php file and put it in your themes customvanilla folder to keep things organized. Then you would look for the commentheader div class and modify what is there.
