Moving the folder, but tab links don't change

When I first installed Vanilla, it created the address for the forum here:
http://pochapocha.com/captiva/forum/Vanilla.1.0.1/
I then had a question a while back, and Wanderer told me:
"That 1.0.1 at the end of the URL is going to be a pain when you update, you'll have to update all the settings too."
So today I am trying to change everything over to here:
http://pochapocha.com/cc/
It's all going fairly smoothly--except that the tabs at the top (Discussions, Categories, Search, Settings, Account), are still linking to the old URLs. It looks like all the other links, including an added tab for "Blogs", are pointing to "/cc" instead of "/captiva/Vanilla.1.0.1" just fine.
How can I get those tabs links changed?
