Need help making basic extension? addon? ( AJAX CHAT )

I have this ajax chat i made based on php/dom/xml -- Anyone out there that knows how to make extensions that would want to team up and develop it?

The entire chat is coded, just needs some vanilla lovin'. //Also the chat is very very very very very simple.

consists of the following:
room.php - the actual room with the ajax wrapper.
add.php & ban.php - to process the adding and banning of users via ajax.
chat_xml.xml and ban_xml.xml to store information.

    What kind of Vanilla loving do you need? If you explain that a bit more more people may be able to help (or at least know that they can't).

    Do you have an example of this page that you could show us?
