Question about Notify extension

Hi. I'm using the Notify extension and I have a question about what I'm seeing with it..... If I'm logged in as Admin and I go to the Account tab, under Account Options I see the Notification link where I can change preferences for that. If I'm logged in as a regular Member, I can still subscribe to notifications in the left side panel, but if I go to the Account tab I don't see a Notification link under Account Options. I don't know if this is normal and that only the Admin account sees those account options, or if all users are supposed to see it and something is amiss. I thought maybe it as a Roles & Permissions setting but it doesn't seem to be. Thanks in advance!
