Adding the reply box to every thread page.

I've searched the forums a few times, and come up with nothing. I do remember there being a thread talking about adding the reply box to ever page... anyone know where it is?

I remember that, I didn't install it because people were asking questions at the bottom of page 1, not realising the answers are on page 2!
