OK, I have a kick ass idea for an add on, unfortunately I don't grok PHP. This started with users on my forum making weekly posts called "Phocktard Stockmarket", or which users were up and down, and reasons. So instead of making a role like Marks' douchebag role, you could at any time go to a users account and put them up or down 1-5 points, but only do this once a week. Then you could see a graph of their popularity/assholeness.
You could also add in reasons, kind of like the User History functionality.
