add-on authors: please update definition strings in add-ons

Many (most?) of the add-ons use the $Context->Dictionary method to define strings. To make it easier to localise and update add-ons please use the $Context->SetDefinition method Mark mentioned in a recent swell entry. I updated the documentation in the wiki to reflect that:

Mark, pls check that the infos are correct. BTW: In what version of vanilla was SetDefinition introduced?
