File sharing - just like Add-ons section

I'm just wondering, how hard would it be to have an extension similar in functionality to the newly updated Add-ons section? Is this something which could easily be accomplished? ( hint, hint Mark )

Great idea. Thinking out loud here......maybe a file that is only available via a password, and only available for so long, before automatically gets deleted from the page/and server.

I wasn't sure what I wanted when I started, so it was a bit of a pain writing things and then throwing them away and rewriting them. But make no mistake - it's an entirely different application. The only thing it shares are the libraries that Vanilla uses (library/Framework,People, and Vanilla).

along the same lines a vanilla torrent extension would be lovely.

@y2kbg - No. It was never intended for public release and the code is uncommented and messy.
