Fatal error on upgrade to 1.1.1

I just tried upgrading to Vanilla 1.1.1 from 1.0.3 and got the following error when trying to enter the Settings tab.

A fatal, non-recoverable error has occurred

Technical information (for support personel):

Error Message
The "ApplicantsForm" control referenced by "ApplicantsForm" does not appear to exist.

Affected Elements
ObjectFactory.CreateControl();

I tried turning off all extensions and reverting back to the default theme, but still received the error. I have not modified any of the core code. Has anyone else run into this problem?

    You sure none of the core files got corrupted during upload? Or didnt upload for some reason? Any chance you could re-upload them to double check?

    Rolled back the changes and re-uploaded the core files and it works now. =)

    Good stuff. Now you just need to upgrade to 1.1.2...doh!
