Multiple Bookmark Lists

Would it be possible to create multiple bookmark lists? If so, how complicated would it be? I would need several bookmark lists, which could be named by the admin (hardcode would be sufficient). For example, bookmarked discussions, favourite discussions, remarkable discussions. The usual member should than be able to put different discussions on different lists.
