How to edit/move side panel?

Hello friends I'm pretty new to Vanilla, so i need to know something about editing template of default vanilla theme. I just want to know how to edit side panel (overall body) of the template. Actually i want to move the left side panel to right side to match my existing site design. I just want to know how to move all controls (like Start a new discussion, Discussion filter...etc.) at left side TO right side and i think we can change the colours from style sheets! Thanks a lot friend for your help :-)
