integrating Vanilla into an existing HTML table

Here's the page where I want the discussion board to go: http://www.lisahazen.com/IWARGM/discuss.html I have no idea how to integrate a discussion board into this layout. Can anyone tell me how to get started? Can I use an iFrame?
