Turn part of Header into "Home" Link

Do you see an easy way to turn the #header to some kind of clickable link/image that return to index.php when clicking it? Sorry if this is/sounds like a stupid question. :)

    Go to "Settings" >> "Application Settings" and check out the "Banner Title" field. It allows HTML.
