what do these links mean?

google alt linkshi,

does anyone have any idea about these additional links under the main result? I think it has something to do with sitemaps, but im not sure.... anybody knows?

    That's a good question. I wonder if they paid for it to be like that?
  • It is calles Google SiteMaps and everyone can make on.
  • I can't find the reference to that, but I believe Google determines the most popular subsections of a site and lists those underneath it. Its not a paid feature... search for 'red cross' or 'ready' to see some orgs that would not pay for something like that... supposedly all determined by an algorithm.
  • Just google for "google sitemaps" lol :-) free service for all "webmasters".

    I went in there, but it didn't give me the type of options I wanted. I wanted to be able to add custom links & descriptions, but instead they offer a python application to build an xml based sitemap that they use. Oh well, I can see why they wouldn't want to give people the ability to do that.
