Rename RSS feed link to be feed/page/thread specific

Hi, I have the RSS2 feed link in my panel and have been asked to make it page specific. By this, I mean that on the main discussion page it says something like, "Subscribe to all discussions", on an individual thread say "Subscribe to this thread", in a category, "Subscribe to this Category" etc. Is it possible??

    Don't know which version you had for your RSS feeds, but now you could try Feed Publisher.
    There's a tooltip trick, but if it's not enough for you, I could try to add specific lang items for that...
