flickr pool / group latest images in sidebar

i think that this could be quite a nice addition to a forum. similar to flickerizer, but not single user, latest images from a flickr pool, and displayed in the side panel on (possibly) every page.

thoughts and input are welcome, and if you could knock up such an extension, that would be great! :D

    I'm making one that will allow u to put anything in the sidepanel.
    then u can put ur flickr widgets in it.
    that is If i'm successful in making such an extension. :P and don't hit a road block.
    I always have Dinoboff to bug for help :P
