Invite Only System Help

edited March 2007 in Vanilla 1.0 Help
I recently had problems with my Vanilla install so I created a fresh install (pointing at a different database), then switched the database information over to the old database. I got a few errors from the Invite Only system - saying it couldn't create the table, so I pointed it back to the new database & let the script run figuring once it ran it would be happy that the tables existed & run as normal. But now that I've switched it back to the old forum again, the forum seems to be running normally, but when you visit the homepage you can see the forum. Not the threads, but all the rest - the announcement bar, the sidepanel. The signup form looks right - it asks for the invite code, but people shouldn't see the forum at all when they visit the site. How do I fix this?

BTW, I'm using the latest version of invite only (0.3.0) and Vanilla (1.1.2).

So the remaining problem is with hiding the forum from non-members? If so, you just need to go into Settings > Application settings and turn off "Allow non-members to browse the forum".
  • Gracias - I didn't think to check the Application Settings.
