Adsense integration with vanilla forums

Hi all, I just installed vanilla forum, it's still in generic install state. no custom tweaking yet.

I also have adsense.

Need tips on which files, need the adsense code when I want it on the far left bar, or across the top, or always to appear in users posts in common locations when people read. Just need good pointers on how to exploit adsense potential in vanilla forums.

    I would like to add to that question: Any way to modify the left hand side so the Vanilla/Lussumo advert is not showing, or at the very least, put towards the bottom of the page? Thanks!

    Removing the Vanilla tag is generally frowned upon but it should always be at the bottom of the panel...?
