What's Lussumo Using for The Add-ons Section?

What is being used to manage the http://lussumo.com/addons/ section of the site? Is it a readily available Vanilla Extension (or series of extensions to handle uploading, etc.), or is it something else entirely which has just had the Vanilla logon info integrated?

    It is on other application. Like Vanilla, it is using the Framework and People. It is also sharing the same users and permissions with Vanilla.
    There is also a vanilla addon that show on the account page of each user the list of addon they created.

    What application is it? I need something that does the exact same thing (and hopefully I can figure out how to integrate it).
