where is the file that fetches db entries with ajax in search?

hi... in the search section, when we type something in the "where the author was" field, ajax fetches results from user db table. for those who know vanilla well, please tell me the files that participate in this wonderful functionality, except the search form.. thanks

/ajax/getusers.php and I believe /js/ac.js handles the client-side menu building
