Amazing but I didnt find this request anywhere. So I will formulate this again.
It helps to moderate the discussion. It could work as filters for discussion. Every discussion has tags "everybody", "friends only", "foes only", "everybody except douchebags", "republicans only", "democrats only", "newcomers only" that will filter the discussion or rss feeds as you wished.
