whispering oddity

i don't know if this is how it's supposed to work, or not, but i noticed that when i whisper to someone it places that discussion at the top of the list, yet when someone whispers to me, it isn't placed at the top of the list, even though the whisper was whispered more recently than those non-sticky threads that are being displayed above it...

is that a bug? it seems like a bug to me, but what do i know?
