How to remove an user ?

Hi everybody, I want to know how can I remove an user ? I don't find. But I searched :) Thanks every body. (Excuse, but I can't write longs explications because I'm french and I don't know the english perfectly)

hmm well the way that the creator suggest is to set this persons role to "banned".
i agree with him, but some people prefer to delete directly from the db.

want to be able to delete users # 1
