Database conversion / Migration - vbulletin

Hi guys,
I've got a vb 3.5.4 database which I want to import.

The problem is, I can't find a vb-->phpbb converter for 3.5.4. It's just 3.0.x.

Could someone please advise?

Also one more thing. I downloaded the migration tool (found on this community forum) and it's got no instructions. Could someone please write me up a little guide as to how to use it?

    Didn't have any time last weekend, and won't for memorial day weekend. %-/

    Looked at the code for the invision power board migrator, and decited to base this on that... we'll see how far I get this weekend.
