Ajax Extension Manager not Working

I'm having trouble using the extension manager; It worked fine last time I used it, but now nothing happens when I try to enable or disable an extension. Firefox says that "SwitchExtension" is not defined. What could be causing this?

    turns out the /js directory was mysteriously missing from my vanilla install; everything works fine now.
