Remove a certain file after installation?

After first time installing vanilla, I read somewhere there was a certain installation file I should remove for security reasons. I cant remember which one it was. Can someone enlighten me on this please. Im having one of those brain freeze moments

you can just remove the entire /setup/ folder. Or at the very least flush out it's PHP contents if you don't want anyone poking their nose around that area.
