sticky turns Fatal

I just had 2 problems come up at once. I made 1 discussion sticky and now its giving me this message for all discussions. Fatal error: Call to a member function on a non-object in /home/content/s/t/u/studiofoto2/html/pughouse/library/Vanilla/Vanilla.Functions.php on line 18 any ideas?? I also tried to install (category jumper + discussion filter) when I try to activate it gives me this message "there was a problem authenticating your post information" anyone have any idea what it is and how to fix?     This is a combination of using the issue tracker add-on with Vanilla.
