Meebo Chat Rooms Integration and Jabber Notifications

I wonder is it possible to embed meebo chat rooms to vanilla forum...? I'm searching for some add-on to integrate chat with forum together with logging this chats a'la web app Campfire from 37singnals - I mean users which are logged have automatically the same login on chat. Second thing what I need it's jabber notification.... :) Could you help me? :) Pleeeeease :]
