Print discussions

As far as I can tell, there is no easy way to print an entire discussion or just a part of a discussion. Example 1: It would be nice to print and archive out an entire discussion giving the history of the situation or where the answers were over several parts of the discussion. jExamle 2: It would be nice to print and archive out only those parts of a discussion that held the meat that you wish to retain; i.e. the code for a fix.     I don't think I understand this request fully. Are you implying the printing of a single commment?

    you want a print view, what will have all the discussion pages in one page with the sidepanel or any unnecessary things so you can print it out.
    never seen ask for the second option and never seen anyone make it either
