Wow - big error!

I was just trying to approve a new member and then got this message with lots of red fonts etc. Anyone have any idea why. As far as I can see at the mo the rest of the forum is intact. Notice: Undefined variable: php_errormsg in /home/greenbui/public_html/newforum/library/Framework/Framework.Class.Email.php on line 146 A fatal, non-recoverable error has occurred Technical information (for support personel): Error Message An error occurred while sending the email.     Then it suddenly went away. Was it a problem with the e-mailer on my server do we think?

    depending on your server, either the MTA had a hiccup or you attempted to send way too many messages at once throwing an error. Check your error logs.

    Most likely your server isn't set up to send email via php. There are lots of people on here with a similar error. Do a search for email.send and you'll find lots to dig through: http://lussumo.com/community/search/?PostBackAction=Search&Keywords=email.send&Type=Comments
