Setting permissions for Unauthenticated Users

Is it possible?-it seems not. I want them to be have access to some fora but not be able to post.

    It should be able to do that--make sure you have "allow non-members to browse the forum" checked on the application settings, and then go through each of your categories and uncheck "unauthenticated" for every category you don't want to be public.
