BUG? Adminstrator is not member of Category

I created a Category where I don't have access. Now I'm trying to create a new role (/settings.php?PostBackAction=Role&btnSave=Create+a+new+role) and I this category isn't showing up in the list of categories to give that role access to. I can, however, go into the Category's list and edit that category directly. I guess this is a "feature" - so if someone can create new roles but isn't supposed to be aware of a super secret category they don't see it themselves/can't give themselves access to it?

    Yeah I believe that is the case. I think the same happens when trying to grant roles permissions to do stuff your role doesnt have permission to do...
