... is the error coming up when my friend's trying to activate an extension on his new forum.

Any idea what would make that come up please guys? The permissions on the conf folder are set to 777 and editing other forum things seem just fine; it's just the extensions that aren't working :(

  • I'd guess you need to add index.php as an allowed index file.

    Ah no, sorry, I've just deleted all of the files and am starting with the install again and seeing how I get on. It's displaying Vanilla just fine and all of the discussions etc are there in the database (you can search for them without any problems), it just doesn't actually display them! - Nevermind! Re-install seems to of sorted it! - Cheers again Mini <3
