How to Delete Users?

As Administrator I set up user Test to see how I could do what Lussomo does and force applicant to go through approval before becoming member. I couldn't see how to do that - Test just got in and got to post right away! Now I can't see a way to delete Test. Also how do I make a member banned? thnx for your help - Val

first, go into Settings tab/Application Settings (in the menu on the left) and uncheck "Allow non-members to browse the forum"

second, go and install the Delete User extension.

third, to make someone banned, go to their account page and click "Change role" in the menu on the left. set their role to Banned.

if you do not have a Banned role, you can make one. go into Settings tab/Roles & Permissions, click the "Create a new role" button, and make a role called Banned with *all* the checkboxes unchecked.

Thank you! I'd like anyone to be able to browse, so I guess that means I can't force applicants to go through approval? Is there also an extension which will easily give me all user emails?
