editing text on the Personal Information page?

I've changed the size of the user picture to 250 wide by 350 height and I want to edit the text in the form to let users know this. How can I edit that text?

    It's in languages/English/definitions.php, search for: $Context->Dictionary['AccountPictureNotes'] = ...
