Help install Vanilla into php / mysql website

hey, cute forum tried installing my forum into php/mysql test website for a local hospital ward, but nothing doing after i press installer.php here http://www.myslashinfo.serverspeople.net i follow the install readme...must have missed something.. anybody can help? thanks
