Paid Work Opportunity - Looking to hire ASAP

I am looking to have some paid work done on a site I am developing with Vanilla as it's core. I am looking for a mix of things to be done, some of it is simply bug fixing exisiting extensions that are not fully functional yet and some of it is developing new extensions for functionality that is not yet possible.     Is there any interest? I am very flexible with the pay and am not necessary looking for an expert. I would prefer to have one person complete all the work but am willing to chunk it out if you can only complete some of it.
