different css availability when logged out?
So I am just wondering why I can see the quote extension I am using work when I am logged in but not when I am logged out?
if you want to see what I mean go to http://heypolitics.com/comments.php?DiscussionID=8&page=1#Item_5 and log in as "test" "test". You can see the .css quote blue box when logged in but when you log out the quote does not seem to take on the css style...weird
any ideas?
edit: figured it out..had to move .css reference above check for login
