Error in aniplanet_users -- Non-recoverable error

I don't remember changing anything between when I logged onto my forum last night, and when I attempted to log on this morning, but this morning when I woke up and attempted to log on I got this error :

A fatal, non-recoverable error has occurred
Technical information (for support personel):

An error occurred while retrieving discussions.

DiscussionManager.GetDiscussionList();

The error occurred on or near: User 'aniplanet_user' has exceeded the 'max_questions' resource (current value: 1)

A quick search in the forum says that this problem hasn't popped up before... and I can't say that I understand the error it's spat out at me (while I know enough PHP to get by in most instances... the knowledge doesn't extend far enough for me to understand that mambo-jumbo).

this is not a vanilla error per se. it is a limitation set by your ISP on how many mysql SELECT queries you can run in a certain time period. if you exceed that number you're not allowed to run any more until the time period elapses.

you're on a free web host, it's not unlikely that you'll run into this problem again.
