    It's a problem with your database server.

    Do you have any other database driven application using the same DB server?

    Ask your provider to check if there is something wrong with your db server. Say that it return an error 12.

    FYI: Error 12 means out of memory.

    There's a bug report open on it: here. (doesn't appear to have been resolved)
