modifying login page

Hallo I need urgent help - I want to modify people.php page - I mean a login page - from were I can do it?

    you should make a new theme to do this. there are instructions at http://lussumo.com/docs/doku.php?id=vanilla:themes

    the login form of the standard theme is located at themes/people_signin_form_nopostback.php
