Edit a users name? Delete a user?

Hi. I haven't had to do much administration with my Vanilla install yet but I've run into this issue currently and I'm wondering if anyone can help (apologies in advance if it's something easy but I'm not seeing it). I have a user who registered his name lowercase and would like to have the first letter capitalized. Is there a way that I can edit this for him? And if not is there a way to delete his account and let him re-register with the new capitalized name? Thanks.

    There's a configuration setting in the 'Application Settings' screen which allows you to choose whether or not you want to let users change their usernames. Just tick that :)
